1. How Can I custom my own design?
>>>> Just send us an email directly, we will reply immediately.

2. How long can I expect to receive a reply?
>>>> If it is during 9:00-17:00 China time, a response can usually be made within 15 minutes.
>>>> If at other times, the response may be slightly delayed, with a maximum of 12 hours.

3. Can I get or custom a sample?
>>>> For ready-made sample, it’s free.
>>>> For custom sample, around 100 USD each design, then refunded in the order.

4. Can I custom any color and pattern?
>>>> For colors, please use standard Pantone color codes – C card. We will adjust the colors to approach the color chart.
>>>> For pattern, 4c printing in general, special colors need to be confirmed and tested. All pattern is made by 780℃ high temperature.

5. Can I custom my own cookware shape?
>>>> Sure, We have a professional mold team that can design and develop molds according to your requirements.

6. What is the MOQ?
>>>> It depends on the specific product, 1-5 thousand in general.
>>>> If custom mold, the quantity may require a little more, subject to the actual cookware shape design.

7. What if my quantity does not meet the MOQ?
>>>> We believe that a good start is important.
>>>> We will try our best to accept it to help you develop your enamel business.

8. What is the production time?
>>>> 25-35 days in general.
>>>> If there is a delay, we will provide a certain discount compensation based on the duration of the delay.
